While we can argue that any step towards a sustainable environment is a positive one, having rating and certification systems helps guide us to achieving our building goals. There are many sustainable building rating systems available to the North American market.

It is a very common occurrence in the experience of Efficiency Engineering for there to be 1-3 years between a recommendation/design being made and it’s actual implementation.
